	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Making Shapes	Poor Students are unable to make at least 3 shapes from the list correctly.	Fair Students are able to create at least 3 of the shapes on the list correctly.	Good Students are able to create most of the shapes on the list correctly.	Excellent Students are able to make all of the shapes on the list correctly, and make up some of their own.
Cooperative Effort	Poor Students do not work together efficiently. One or two people in the group do all of the work, or no one is working. Group members spend most of the time off task.	Fair Students do not work together in the most efficient manner. Some members of the group do not participate. Group members have difficulty staying on task.	Good Students are able to work together efficiently, with all members of the group participating in the activity. Students use their time wisely, but some time is spent off task.	Excellent Students are able to work together efficiently, with all members of the group participating in the activity. Students use time wisely, and waste minimal time off task.
