Graphic organizer	Needs Improvement Student does not use graphic organizer to shape ideas and thoughts.	Good Student uses graphic organizer incompletely or incorrectly. (one or more sections are left blank).	Excellent Student uses graphic organzier correctly to oragnize thoughts and ideas. No sections are left blank.
Clarity	Needs Improvement Student's explanations in addressing the questions are vague or unclear. Many sentences are incomplete.	Good Student explains things clearly, but a there are one or two unclear points. The flow of the response is choppy. 1 - 2 sentences are run-ons or incomplete.
