Basic The measurement layout of the project was mostly accurate, showing some imperfections that did not have an impact on the final project.	Fair The measurement and layout of the project was below average, showing imperfections that had a significant impact on the final project.	Poor The measurement and layout of the project was poor.
shearing and cutting	Advanced The shearing and cutting of the project was accurately done with no imperfections	Proficient The shearing and cutting of the project was accurately done with little imperfection. Spot Welding	Advanced Spot welds holds and are well spaced/consistent.	Proficient Most spot welds are holding but the position of the welds are random/not much consistency.	Basic Some spot welds are holding but the student has not been consistent with the placement of welds.	Fair Very few welds are holding and very little thought was put into the placement of the welds.	Poor Spot welds do not hold and no thought was put into the placement of the welds.
Latch	Advanced Latch is straight and the correct number of rivets were used. Latch works perfectly and is fastened tightly.	Proficient Latch is crooked but correct amount of rivets were used. The latch works well but not a perfect fit. Rivets are set correctly and tight to surface.	Basic Latch is crooked but correct amount of rivets were used. The latch works but placement/fit could of been improved.	Fair Latch is crooked and not all 4 rivets were used. The latch works well but not a perfect fit. The rivets are loose or not set correctly.	Poor Latch does not work or was not put on.
