Involvement in class	Poor Student does not participate with much effort.	Fair Student puts minimal amount of effort while participationg.	Good Student puts	Excellent Student contributes to class by performing at his/her ability and with enthusiasm.
Listening	Poor Student does not listen when others talk, both in groups and direction from the teacher. Student often interrupts when others when others are speaking.	Fair Student occasionally interupts when others are speaking.	Good Student listens when others talk.	Excellent Student listens when others talk, both in groups and in lectures. Student incorporates or builds off of the ideas of his/her classmates.
