	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Speaking	Poor Does not speak clearly and audibly for all to hear.	Fair Speaks audibly but not clearly or speaks clearly but not audibly for all to hear.	Good Speaks audibly and clearly so that everyone can hear and understand.
Enthusiasm	Poor No enthusiasm in reading.	Fair Some enthusiasm and excitement displayed.	Good Enthusiastic and exciting reading.
Listening	Poor Rarely listens while others are reading	Fair Sometimes listens while others are reading.	Good Constantly listens while others are reading.
