Cake Decorating--with Royal Icing Decorations 
Students are to prepare a two layer cake, made from a mix and made "homemade" with additional ingredients. Students will make roses and other flowers from Royal icing, and butter cream or a variant for their base frosting. Students will decorate the cake with borders and their selection of flowers.
