Clean Up Job	Poor Throughout the project, did not complete clean up job or had to be reminded daily about clean up duty	Fair Did participate in clean up duty, but designated area was still messy at the end of period	Good Performed clean up duty daily and was very thorough making sure to pay attention to detail
Appearence of Board	Poor Board is too thin, cupped or not level (rocks back and forth) when cutting.	Fair Board consists of different species of wood that are tightly assembled together with no gaps, rests flat on table, but is less than 1/4 in thick	Good Board is flat, consists of different species that are assembled in a visually appealing manner, very smooth, and looks purchased from a store.
Use of Machinery	Poor Had to be reminded more than once of proper machine safety rules.	Fair Had to be reminded of how to use the equipment in the lab safely.	Good Demonstrated safe use of each machine and was a model for others in class.
Sanding	Poor Little evidence of sanding, stains from the clamping stages are still visible	Fair Board is completely sanded but light scratches are visible and board could be smoother	Good The entire board is smooth including the edges and their are no scratches visible
Origional Sketch	Poor Sketch was not followed or was ignored.	Fair Some alterations were made that do not show in the sketch.	Good The sketch was followed perfectly. The dimensions that were originally included in the sketch are the same as the final product.
Finishing	Poor No finish work or lack of detail during finishing stages.	Fair Un-even stain or finish. Few runs or drips. Not smooth to the touch or only one coat applied.	Good Consistent and even finish with no runs or drips. Smooth to the touch and multiple coats applied.
