Group Skit Presentation Rubric-Introductions 
This rubric is designed to assess the presentation of the group activity. The rubric should consider the performance of the group as a whole, as well as individual contributions. Create a skit in a Group of 4(1 Teacher and 3 students). You should a)greet the famous person in Spanish b)ask names in Spanish c)perform introductions in Spanish d) Ask ONE of the who, what, when, where, why or how questions, in Spanish. Skit should last 3 minutes.

Organization

Excellent!

Presentation was very organized and was very easy to follow. The use of Spanish phrases are used in all questions and responses. Transitions between group members were well planned and executed cleanly.
Very Good!

Presentation was fairly organized and pretty easy to follow. Some of the Spanish phrases were used in the question and answers. Transitions might have been slightly discontinuous but did not take away greatly from the overall presentation.
Needs Work.

Presentation was not clearly organized. Some Spanish words used in sentences but not in full phrases. Transitions between members were jumpy or awkward.
Poor :(

Presentation lacked organization. No Spanish words or phrases used in the entire skit. Poor transitions between group members individual parts. Presentation lacked order and very difficult to follow.
Teamwork & pronunciation

Excellent!

The group worked very well with each other and the presentation was shared equally among the group members. Everyone took turns without interruption. Kept eye contact with audience at all time.
Very Good!

The group worked well with each other and communicated well. Some members participated slightly more than others. Maintained some eye contact with audience.
Needs Work.

Group communicated relatively well with a few lapses in the presentation; some students dominated the presentation and others did not participate much. Students were interrupting each other.
Poor :(

Group did not work well together. There were obvious miscommunications and lapses in the presentation. No eye contact with audience and could not get the message through because of interruptions.
Content

Excellent!

Group members had a stronghold on the content and content was thoroughly addressed. No mistakes were made with regard to content knowledge. Pronunciation had no errors.
Very Good!

Most of the group members has a solid understanding of the content. Content missing minor elements or contained minor pronunciation errors (1-3).
Needs Work.

Group members had only a superficial understanding of content. Several mistakes were made during the presentation.(4-5)
Poor :(

Group members had little to no understanding of the content addressed in the presentation.(more than 5 pronunciation errors).
Grammar

Excellent!

Paper was neatly written or typed with use of accents as needed and no spelling errors.
Very Good!

Paper was neatly written or typed with 1-3 spelling errors or accent errors.
Needs Work.

Paper was not neat and/or had 4 or more errors.
Poor :(

Paper was difficult to read and had more than 6 errors.
Maturity/Professionalism

Excellent!

Both presenters were professional and mature during presentation. They took their assignment seriously.
