Typography Self-Portrait Typography Self-Portrait Create a black and white typography self-portrait in Illustrator. The portrait may contain a single or various fonts at appropriate sizes. You may choose for various techniques, BUT the final piece must be created in Illustrator and be a vector based image. Text fills the portrait image	Poor Text does not fill the face and is irrelevant.	Fair Text fills most of the face and is somewhat relevant to the artist's personality.	Good Text fills the whole face and is relevant to the artists personality.
Visual Hierarchy is used	Poor Visual hierarchy of text is not considered in this piece.	Fair At least 3 words are of larger size and given more visual weight in the design.	Good At least 5 words are of larger size and given more visual weight in the design.
Values in the face are consistent	Poor Student did not use the natural values of the portrait to guide their color selections.	Fair Student used some of the natural values of the portrait to guide their color choices for the text, the portrait has some volume.	Good Student used the natural values of the portrait to guide their color choices for the text, giving the portrait some visual volume.
Background is considered	Poor Background is not at all considered.	Fair Background is considered, but not integrated with the portrait.	Good Background is creative and feels integrated with the portrait.
