Student demonstrates proper understanding of the warm up portion of a work out by performing each exercise correctly. This includes running for the designated distance (2 laps around the basketball court), performing the dynamic stretches correctly, performing the prescribed number of repetitions (6 lunges, 5 Inchworm, 5 push ups).

Student demonstrates understanding of physical training by performing exercises on the designated program. The student performs each exercise with proper form understanding safety (does not perform exercises that could cause harm to themselves, others, or the equipment). Use class time to complete a 70% of prescribed lifts and continues work after the minimum requirement is achieved. Assists other students, coaches them on form, spots, and encourages others with a positive attitude.
