Organization	Poor Presentation leaves audience confused.	Fair Information is poorly organized and is hard to follow at several points.	Good Information is organized, but was hard to follow at a few points.	Excellent Information is presented in an organized manner and it easy to follow.
Experience/participation element	Poor There is not an experience/participation element.	Fair Participation element is inappropriate and therefore, does not enhance understanding of the topic.
