Fair Has four articles, and they are somewhat related to the topic of the week, but do not give any new information than what was presented.	Good Has four articles that are related to the topic, go in depth about the subject and help you to understand more about the topic.
Video	Poor Has less than 2 videos about the topic and they do not give any new information or support the learning.	Fair Has two videos that are about the topic, but do not provide any new insight or support new learning.	Good Has two videos that support the topic and provide new insight and learning about 21st Century Learning and the "Four C's"
Blog	Poor Provide a link to a blog about the topic, but the author, but the author is not an expert in the field of 21st Century Learning.	Fair Provide a link to a blog about the topic and the author is an expert, but does not provide further insight into the learning.	Good Provides a link to a blog with an author who is an expert in the field and has new insight and learning into the topic.
