Underground Railroad Quilt Block Underground Railroad Quilt Block Students individually design a quilt block that once completed will be joined with others in a group to create an Underground Railroad quilt or the students write a song with symbolism. The blocks or song will give a message to the slaves on the next steps of their journey to freedom.
