Stay on Task/Participate	Poor Student was often off task and continually had to be redirected by the teacher or other group members. He or she did not participate in the activity.	Fair Student was off task a few times and had to be redirected by the teacher or other group members. He or she did not participate in several of the assigned tasks.	Good Student was mostly on task throughout the assignment and rarely had to be redirected by the teacher or other group members. He or she participated in the activity most of the time.	Excellent Student remained focused on the task throughout the entire assignment and was never redirected by the teacher or other group members. He or she always participated in the activity.
Use Time Wisely	Poor The student's time was poorly managed. Most of the tasks assigned were not completed.	Fair The student's time was fairly managed. Some of the assigned tasks were accomplished, but some were left unfinished.	Good The student managed time well and most of the assigned tasks were accomplished.	Excellent The student did an excellent job of managing time. All assigned tasks were accomplished.
Remain With Your Group	Poor Student did not remain with the group during the activity. He or she had to be reminded several times to return to the group.	Fair Student remained with the group some of the time, but had to be redirected more than twice to return to the appropriate group.	Good Student remained with his or her group most of the time. He or she seldom had to be redirected.	Excellent Student did an excellent job of remaining with the group. He or she did not have to be redirected at any time.
Treat others with Respect	Poor Student was disrespectful to one or more members of the group on several occasions throughout the assignment.	Fair Student was sometimes disrespectful to one or more students during throughout the assignment.	Good Student was respectful to his or her team members most of the time throughout the course of the assignment.	Excellent Student was always respectful to his or her team members throughout the course of the assignment.
