	Poor 0 pts	Fair 1 pts	Good 2 pts	Excellent 3 pts
Mile Run	Poor Walks the entire mile	Fair Runs minimally and receives a score at or greater than 12:01	Good Runs a porition of the mile to receive a score between 11:00 and 12:00	Excellent Runs a majority of the mile to receive a time at or faster than 11:00
Sit Up	Poor Does not perform a proper sit up	Fair Performs proper sit ups 24 times or less in 1 minute	Good Performs proper sit ups 25-36 times in 1 minute	Excellent Performs proper sit ups 37 times or greater in 1 minute
Push Up	Poor Does not perform a proper push up	Fair Performs a proper push up 3 or less times to a cadence	Good Performs proper push up 4-6 times to a cadence	Excellent Performs proper push up 7 times or more to a cadence
Sit and Reach	Poor Does not perform the sit and reach properly	Fair Performs proper sit and reach to receive a score at 24 centimeters or less	Good Performs proper sit and reach to receive a score between 30-25 centimeters	Excellent Performs proper sit and reach to receive a score at 31 centimeters or greater
