WWHS Band Class/Rehearsal behavior 
Students in the West Warwick High School Instrumental Music Dept. are expected to be punctual, be respectful during rehearsal/class, participate to the student's fullest potential, practice outside of class, and care for instruments, music, and equipment.

Student always practices outside of band class and always takes instrument home or always uses a practice room to work on becoming a better student musician.
Attitude

Student is always disruptive during rehearsal and/or doesn't participate in listening across the band and never listens to the band director. Student is never attentive, and always talking in class.
Fair

Student is usually disruptive during rehearsal and/or sometimes participates in listening across the band or to the band director's instructions. Student is usually talking to classmates as well.
Good

Student is hardly ever disruptive during rehearsal and/or usually participates in listening across the band or to the band director's instructions.
Outstanding

Student is never disruptive during rehearsal/class and participates in class daily, listening across the band or to the band director.
Care of Instr./Music/Equip.

Poor

Student rarely cares for school/personal property in the band room. Including: instruments, music, percussion area, equipment, practice rooms, etc.
Fair

Student sometimes cares for school/personal property in the band room. Including: instr., music, percussion area, equipment, practice rooms, etc.
