Project is Neat	Poor Project is sloppy. Handwriting is not legible. Project is not colored.	Fair Project is not colored. Handwriting may not be legible in some areas.	Good Project is colored. Project shows that the student put forth their best effort. Handwriting is neat.
Sequence	Poor Project indicates two or more stages out of order or the order of two or more stages is unclear.	Fair Project indicates one stage out of order or the order of one stage is unclear.	Good Project places the four stages in the correct sequence.
Written Cycle (Vocabulary)	Poor Written project includes one or two stages of the cycle by name.	Fair Written project correctly identifies three stages of the water cycle by name.	Good Written project correctly indicates all four stages of the water cycle by name.
