Punctuality	Poor I have been late to class nearly every lesson.	Fair I have been late to class about 50% of the time.	Good I am usually on time to class however I have been late a few times.	Excellent I am always on time and have not been late more then twice.	Total
Particiaption - class	Poor I hardly get involved in class discussions.	Fair I sometimes get involved in class discussion but not without being prompted.	Good I often contribute to class discussions.	Excellent Whenever there is a class discussion I contribute positively.	Total
Particiaption - group	Poor In my group I did not contribute much and when I did it was not very useful.	Fair I tried to contribute to group work but usually it was on topic or not very useful.	Good I was always helping where I could with group work and completed all tasks that were required of me without complaint.	Excellent I contributed to all group work in my group and was a leader of sorts. I was instrumental in getting the work done and helping others in my group.	Total
Effort	Poor I tried very little and did not achieve much.	Fair I tried occasionally and achieved a small amount.
