Standardized Tests
	Poor 2 pts	Fair 3 pts	Good 4 pts
Arrange materials	Poor Materials slightly incorrect, but test still able to be administered.	Fair Materials arranged according to directions, but took at least one extra attempt or extra time.	Good Materials are arranged according to directions.
Instructions Given	Poor Instructions given but slightly different than manual, not off enough to effect the outcome of test.	Fair Instructions given but took longer than necessary and did not seem to know them well.	Good Instructions given according to directions.
Demonstrations	Poor Demonstrations given incorrect at first and then corrected.	Fair Demonstarations given correct, but took awhile and fumbled a bit.	Good Correct demonstrations given, reversed hands if necessary, according to directions.
Timed appt.	Poor Requited 2 times to do this correctly.	Fair Started and stopped on time, but fumbled with the stopwatch.	Good Started and stopped on time according to manual.
Recorded Score	Poor Recorded the correct score but not in the correct spot on the form.	Fair Took two times to record th score correct.	Good Correct score recorded and put in correct place.
