Defensive Stance What are you doing to maintain your own stance during wrestling activites?	1 I am not able to use my body weight to maintain control with a partner who is similar to my size.	2 I am able to use my body weight to maintain control (with a partner of equivalent size) some of the time.	3 I am able to use my body weight effectively to maintain control (with a partner of equivalent size) almost all of the time.
Offense What are you doing to create effective takedowns and score points in various wrestling activities?	1 I am unable to create any type of offensive move on my partner during most wrestling activities.	2 I am ok at creating moving during a wrestling activities. I show some control and I am able to move partner where I want them to go some of the time.	3 I am good at moving in wrestling activities. I use a variety of angles to move my partner where I want them and I am effective at offensive moves.
Strategy How effective are you at implementing the techniques introduced to you by Ms.G?	1 I struggle at implementing the wrestling strategies Ms.G has introduced.	2 I am able to implement most of the wrestling strategies introduced by Ms. G.	3 I am able to implement wrestling strategy in all of the activities I try.
