Good Restaurant name and address are in French and displayed in a way that is neat and attractive to the customer.	Excellent Restaurant name and address are in French and are displayed in a way that is neat attractive to the customer. The name, address and presentation show creativity.
Menu Sections	Poor Menu has no sections.	Fair Menu has fewer than 3 sections that may or may not be labelled correctly.	Good Menu has 3 sections with 3 or more entries each that are clearly and correctly labelled.	Excellent Menu has 4 or more sections with 3 or more entries that are clearly and correctly labelled.
Pictures	Poor No pictures are included in the menu.	Fair 4 or fewer pictures are included in the menu, or pictures are drawn in pen/pencil only and do not show quality effort.
