Below Basic Student uses only one type of question format (ex: multiple choice/one answer) and questions gather very basic data	Proficent Students uses at least two types of question formats (ex: multiple choice and short answer) and questions gather opinions of respondents	Advanced Students use more than two types of question formats (ex: multiple choice/ one answer, multiple choice/multiple answer, essay, etc) and questions gather in-depth information from respondents
