Bars	Emerging Bars are drawn incorrectly OR bars are not drawn at all.	Developing One of the bars on the graph is drawn correctly.	Accomplished At least 2 of the bars on the graph are all drawn correctly.	Exceeding All 3 bars on the graph are drawn correctly.
Measurements	Emerging Graph shows an inaccurate representation of the data collected.	Developing At least 1 of the bars on the graph show an accurate representation of the data collected.	Accomplished At least 2 of the bars on the graph show an accurate representation of all the data collected.	Exceeding All 3 bars on the graph show an accurate representation of the data collected.
Neatness	Emerging Bars are not drawn straight and tops of the bars are not clearly defined. Viewer cannot follow the graph.
