PRONUNCIATION	Excellent Pronounces majority of letters and words correctly and speaks clearly and fluidly; no major errors with pronunciation	Good Pronounces most of the letters and words correctly and speaks clearly and fluidly most of the time	Fair Speaks clearly; mispronounces some letters and words	Poor Difficult to understand, is struggling or mispronounces many words
VOCABULARY	Excellent Appropriately uses correct vocabulary	Good Appropriately uses correct vocabulary most of the time	Fair Sometimes appropriately uses correct vocabulary and grammar	Poor Rarely uses or doesn't appropriately use correct vocabulary and grammar
GRAMMAR	Excellent Appropriately uses correct grammar; also uses frequent examples of ALL of the grammar reviewed in the preliminary chapter	Good Appropriately uses correct grammar most of the time; uses some examples of most or all of the grammar reviewed in the preliminary chapter	Fair Sometimes appropriately uses grammar, sometimes not; uses only some of the grammar reviwed in the preliminary chapter	Poor Rarely uses or doesn't appropriately use correct grammar
