Communication	Poor Fails to engage the class by poor communication, lack of eye contact, lack of audibility, etc.	Acceptable Engages the class without major flaw but also without enthusiasm, energy, etc.	Good Engages the class through communication that is clear, audible and precise	Excellent Engages the class through communication that is warm, confident, and enthusiastic.
