Shooting/Passing	Poor holds stick correctly almost never and is not successful with passing and takes slapshots instead of sliding the puck	Fair holds stick correctly most of the time and is successful with passing and shooting most of the time, occasionally takes slapshots	Good holds stick correctly all of the time and is always successsful with passing and slides the puck instead of taking a slapshot
Safety	Poor continues to high stick even after warned	Fair high sticks on occasion	Good does not high stick
Teamwork	Poor Does not follow rules and is not a good sport, constantly leaving postional "zones"	Fair tries to play within the rules but does not always demonstrates good sportsmanship, occasionally leaves positional "zone"	Good Plays by following the rules and demonstrates good sportsmanship and stays in positional "zones"
