Criteria
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Preparation	Poor Student has brought in only one of the containers for the activity	Fair Student has half of the containers but the other half are either missing or are duplicates.	Good Student has containers for three out of the four food groups and has only missed or duplicated one.	Excellent Student has brought in four containers that represent each of the four food groups.
Following Instructions	Poor Student gathers too many containers from the bag and does not take them to the designated area(s).	Fair Student takes only one container per turn, but does not take them to the designated area.	Good Student only makes one mistake in either the container gathering or when taking it to the designated area.	Excellent Student gathers only one item at a time, and takes it to the proper designated area every time.
Content Knowledge	Poor Student has selected the proper food group category one time or less.	Fair Student has selected the proper food group for their containers half of the time.	Good Student has made one error in selecting from the four food groups.	Excellent Student has selected the proper food group for every container that they gather.
