Topic Development	Poor No fact, reason, and/or example is used to develop the topic of your paragraph.	Fair Some fact, reason, and/or example is given but does not fully develop your topic.	Good Fact, reason, and/or example is used to fully develop your topic.
Sentence Order	Poor There is no clear order to your sentences.	Fair There is some order to the sentences within your paragraph, but one or two are misplaced.	Good The sentences within your paragraph are clearly ordered and can be read easily.
Summary/Conclusion	Poor Summary/Conclusion is unclear or is not present.	Fair Conclusion is present but is not presented within a complete sentence.	Good Paragraph is concluded with a complete sentence that summarizes your topic.
Proofread	Poor There are more than 5 errors in grammar: capitalization, punctuation, spelling, and clarity of sentences.	Fair There are 3 - 4 errors in grammar: capitalization, punctuation, spelling, and clarity of sentences.
