Illustrations/ Drawings	Poor Student did not try at all on drawings.	Fair Student showed some interest in the drawings of characters and settings.	Good Student was able to capture enough depiction of drawings and their settings.	Excellent Student showed interest in the characters and their personalities along with the different settings and overall look.
Storyline/ Plot	Poor Student did not base any interest in the plot or storyline.	Fair Student put together a story with few missing key points.	Good Student put together story where she took enough consideration.	Excellent Student wrote a story with details plot and a problem/ solution and was extremely descriptive throughout the story
Setting	Poor Student was not clear with a setting on any pages.	Fair Student was descriptive enough with each tuning page of settings.	Good Student based more emotions into settings with corresponding to each characters situation.	Excellent Student created a setting for the plot and corresponding emotions and feelings according to storyline
