Good The presenter demonstrated a strong knowledge of their content matter and showed an ability to discuss their topic fluently.	Fair The presenter showed knowledge related to their topic, but struggled to discuss some areas of their topic fluently. Some reading of the slides was necessary.	Poor The presenter was confused by their topic and did not show an ability to discuss it with others.
Professionalism	Superior The presenter demonstrated professionalism at all times, including maintaining good posture, speaking clearly, and using scientific language.	Good The presenter demonstrated professionalism most of the time, including maintaining good posture, speaking clearly, and using scientific language.	Fair The presenter demonstrated professionalism some of the time, but did not consistently maintain good posture, speak clearly, or use scientific language.	Poor The presenter did not demonstrate professionalism. The presenter had poor posture, did not speak clearly, and/or did not use the appropriate scientific language.
Speed and Length	Superior The presenter spoke at an appropriate pace throughout and their presentation (before ?s) was an appropriate length (3-5 minutes).	Good The presenter mostly spoke at an appropriate pace, with a few exceptions, or their presentation (before ?s) was slightly longer or shorter than 3-5 minutes.	Fair The presenter struggled to speak at an appropriate pace or had a presentation that was significantly longer or shorter than the given 3-5 minute timeline.	Poor The presenter spoke way too quickly or way to slowly for the entirety of the presentation AND had a presentation that was significantly longer or shorter than the given 3-5 minute timeline.
Answering Questions	Superior The presenter answered questions fully and comprehensively.	Good The presenter answered some questions fully, but some answers could have been more detailed.	Fair The presenter answered some questions, but struggled to respond to others.	Poor The presenter did not attempt to answer questions from the audience.
