Creating a T-shirt Design Creating a T-shirt Design The student will create a T-shirt design that matches the model closely for the signing event. It should look creative, attractive, and demonstrates good use of color and pattern, and includes the company icon. Design Effort design effort is creative, yet follows the model and demonstrates understanding of the assignment	1 -lacks creative design -barely follows the model's design -doesn't demonstrate understanding of the assignment missing beads or feathers	5 -somewhat creative- barely follows the model's design - demonstrates fair understanding of the assignment -Less than 15 beads & less than 3 feathers	7 -follows the model's design understanding of the assignment - At least 15 beads & 3 feathers	10 -very creative/original design, yet follows the model's design -goes beyond the assignment requirements
Use of icon application of logo to T-shirt design	1 -icon is missing	5 -icon is too small or is otherwise not obvious	7 -icon is obvious	10 -creative use or placement of icon adds to the overall design of the T-shirt
Pattern use of pattern and beaded strips	1 -poor use of pattern -strips not present	5 - fair use of color/pattern -less than 10 strips	7 - good use of pattern -at least 14 beaded strips	10 - excellent use of color/pattern -more than 14 beaded strips
overall effect attractiveness of T-shirt	1 -T-shirt is not attractive	5 -T-shirt is fairly attractive	7 -T-shirt is attractive	10 -T-shirt is very attractive...I'd wear it!
