Writing Business Letter Of Complaint
Write a properly formatted business letter of complaint. The letter must be specific, have correct address to where it is going, and clearly describe a legitimate complaint. The letter must include the six parts of a properly formatted business letter as described in the lesson. The heading, the inside address, the greeting, the body, the complimentary close, and the signature line.
