Quiero ser Agente de Bienes Raices Final Project Evaluation The final project requires students to become Real Estate agents and create a brochure or flyer (front and back) advertisement that would be sent out to potential buyers. The assignment must be creative, orginals, and colourful. It must contain a picture for each of your 3 listings, as well as, it must contain detail description of each house in Spanish. Content	Good Content is good. The advertisement contained a detailed description of each house.	Fair Content is Fair. Advertisement is missing some of the required words, as it only contained a partial description of the houses.	Poor Content is poor. Advertisement only contained a limited amount of words.
Understanding	Good The write up of the properties that were for sale showed that the student had an excellent understanding of the unit.	Fair The write up of the properties that were for sale showed that the student had a general understanding of the unit.	Poor The write up of the properties that were for sale showed very minimal understanding for the unit.
Organization	Good Organization of the advertisement is excellent.	Fair Organization of the advertisment is well done.	Poor Organization of the adverstisement is incomplete.
Creativeness	Good The advertisement contains ALL 3 of the required pictures. There were multiple colors used.	Fair The advertisement contained 2 of the required pictures. There were a few different colors used.	Poor The advertisement is missing pictures. Only 1 or none of the required pictures were used. There were next to no colors used.
Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling	Good Rules of grammar, usage and punctuation are followed; only 1-2 spelling errors	Fair Paper contains few grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors.	Poor Paper contains numerous grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors.
