People Collages
	Poor 5 pts	Fair 8 pts	Good 10 pts
Painting	Poor Did not use paints correctly . Messy work and very little effort was made.	Fair Student painted the boarder correctly and was not very creative with colors. Just did what was asked.	Good Student painted the boarder with creativity. Added a little creativity to the collage.
Cut and Paste	Poor Did not cut out the images correctly, some parts of the pictures are missing. Did not successfully glue the images to the paper.	Fair Did a good job cutting out the images and gluing them to the paper.	Good Was very neat with the scissors while cutting out the pitures. Did a good job glueing as well.
Concept	Poor Did not quite grasp who the people are in the world who make it a better place.	Fair Understands the idea of who, just did not search hard enough to find to fill the collage. Not much variety.	Good Nice variety, full collage, understands completely of how to make the collage and what is supposed to be in it.
