I needed several reminders or I needed to be removed from the room.	Average Usually working: I used little classroom time to work on my project. I sometimes needed reminders to get back on track.	Very Good Always working: I used my classroom time wisely to work on my art project. I may talk but always while I am working. I was never removed from the classroom and rarely needed reminders.
Effort How hard did you usually work in Art class? (Check one box in this row.)	Needs Improvement I didn't really try. I didn't want to or I didn't feel like trying.	Average I made some effort, but sometimes I was messy or rushed. I know I could do better next year.	Very Good I tried hard on every assignment. I was not messy. I did not rush. I am proud of my work.
Behavior Was I ever a distraction in Art? (Check one box in this row.)	Needs Improvement I sometimes caused distractions. I had to be removed from the room because of my behavior or choices. I don't like cleaning up, but I will if I really have to.	Average Sometimes I was a bit distracting. I always made better choices as soon as the teacher reminded me. I needed to be moved to another table once or twice. I help when I am asked.	Very Good I am not a distraction to others. I work on my assignments and help others as we work. I am helpful.
