Pointillism 50 Points Possible.
	Level 1 10 pts	Level 2 15 pts	Level 3 20 pts	Level 4 25 pts
Participation Did the student participate in the project?	Level 1 The student did not participate in the class discussions.	Level 2 The student gave a minimal effort in class discussions.	Level 3 The student was involved in class discussions and participated in our shoulder talks.	Level 4 The student wet above and beyond while participating in the class discussions. The student gave feedback, asked questions and helped out classmates.
Scapes/Painting The students had an option on which "scape" they wanted to draw. They cold draw a landscape, cityscape, or seascape.	Level 1 The student did not draw a "scape" and/or did not paint their drawing.	Level 2 -The student created a scape with minimal effort. -The student did not paint in a pointillism technique. They also rushed to get finish.	Level 3 -The student carefully drew a scape and it can be identified which scape they drew. -The student correctly used the painting technique of pointillism with dabbing the paint. The student could have used more value in their artwork.	Level 4 -The student carefully drew their "scape" and is clearly noticeable which "scape" they chose. -The student carefully painted their drawing in the pointillism style. The painting is completely made up of dots with no accidentally drags of paint. The student shows value in the painting.
