Student Rubric: Project about the Rock Cycle
Students will be able to compare and contrast the formation of rock types and demonstrate the similarities and differences using the rock cycle model. Be as creative and choose from the following: -Create a video of an experiment demonstrating the rock cycle. -Make a detailed poster or picture collage explaining the rock cycle. -Tell the story of a rock going through the cycle through a comic strip or children's book. -Write a song, poem, or rap that fully explains the rock cycle.
