Organization	Excellent Establishes a clear and logical organization.	Very Good Uses an identifiable organizational plan.	Good Shows some evidence of an organizational plan.	Fair Fails to organize ideas.	Poor Contains no organization or ideas.
Development & Details	Excellent Achieves coherent development with specific and relevant details and examples.
