Creativity	Excellent Student shows creativity, incorporating an assortment of pictures and ideas in the book.	Good Student demonstrates some creativity, ideas and pictures were somewhat repetitive throughout the book.	Fair Student showed little creativity and variation in their book.
Written work	Excellent Student used ALL complete sentences.	Good Some sentences were complete.	Fair Student did not use complete sentences in their work.
Project completion	Excellent Students work was fully completed. Student fulfilled all components, identifying several new ideas.	Good Students work was partially complete. 1-2 pictures did not have sentences to provide explanation.	Fair Students project was incomplete and did not fulfill all components.
Presentation	Excellent Student successfully presented their work to the rest of the class and was able to explain characteristics of Chinese culture.
