Rational and Polynomial Functions 
You are to write a booklet of rules for polynomials and rational expressions. This booklet will consist of exponential rules and basis factoring rules from our polynomial unit. Then booklet will also consist of the the four basic operation of rational functions: multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction. Creativity and neatness counts for the booklet.
