Black History Month Biographies
For Black History Month, the student is to read a biography about an African American, and then write and present a biography project on this important historical figure. This biography includes information about the person's life, what led them to their chosen career or purpose, what contributions they made to society, interesting or unique facts about the person, and the student's own reflections about the impact that the person and their contributions have on modern times.
