Student provides little (or no) knowledge of the writer's impact on modern life.

Student provides information about the writer's impact on modern life, but the validity of the facts presented is questionable.
Good

Student provides at least one clear and concrete impact the writer has had on modern life.
Excellent

Student demonstrates their knowledge of the writer's impact on modern life by providing more than one, concrete fact. Knowledge and research are evident.
Reference to Work

Student does not reference a work he/she has read that was written by his/her writer.

The video reaches required length of two and a half minutes, but could use more creativity to make it more entertaining, such as gestures and witty dialogue.
Excellent

Presentation is at least two and a half minutes long and entertaining to watch.
