Good Cover is neat, colorful, includes the student's name, includes a title, and may or may not have a visual aid.	Fair Cover is somewhat neat and colorful and includes a title.	Poor Cover is not neat or colorful, and does not demonstrate effort .	Missing/Incomplete Cover is missing or incomplete
Picture	Excellent The picture expecptionally well drawn or cut out neatly, and clearly depicts the topic of the paper and additional relevant information, and is explained with a complete caption.	Good The picture is well drawn and neat, and clearly depicts the topic of the paper, and has a brief caption.	Fair The picture is nicely drawn and neat, and somewhat depicts the topic of the paper, and may or may not have a caption.	Poor The picture is messy or sloppy, and does not clearly depict the topic of the paper, and does not have a caption.	Missing/Incomplete Picture is missing or incomplete.
Paragraphs with Sub-titles	Excellent Sub-titles are clear and concise, paragraphs are well writte, free, or nearly-free of convetional mistakes, and focus completely on one main idea.	Good Sub-titles are clear, paragrahs are well written with a few conventionaly mistake, and mostly focus on one main idea.	Fair Sub-titles are acceptable, paragraphs are a bit confusing with a few to many conventional mistakes and may go off topic.	Poor Sub-titles are to vague or too complicated, paragraphs are poorly written, there are many conventional mistakes, does not focus on the main idea.	Missing/Incomplete One or more paragraphs with sub-titles are missing.
Additional Feature	Excellent Additional NF feature is relevant to the topic, exceptionally neat, and clearly explained with a caption.	Good Additional NF feature is relevant to the topic, neat, and explained well with a caption.	Fair Additional NF feature is acceptable, somewhat relevant to the topic, and may or may not be explained well in a caption.	Poor Additional NF feature is irrelevant to the topic, sloppy, and is not explained well in a caption.	Missing/Incomplete Additional NF feature is missing or incomplete.
