Mon Arbre Généologique 
Students will make a family tree using real photos, drawn pictures or other print material to represent family members. The Student will label in French the relation to himself or herself as well as the family member's name. Creativity and excellence are needed fora project that Exceeds the Standard.

Exceptionally detailed. Very well organized. Easy to determine family relation.

Not creative. No use of color or print sources. Poorly constructed. No thought or care put into the project.

Somewhat creative. An attempt to use color and print sources. Hastily constructed. Some care or thought put into the project.
Meets Standards

A good amount of creativity used. Good use of color and print materials. Well constructed. An average amount of thought put into the project.
Exceeds Standards

Extremely creative. Excellent and innovative use of color, or black, white, and gray tones. Well constructed. Great deal of thought and care put into the project.
French

Does Not Meet Standards

Little French is used, or labels shown are repetitive, or there are many errors in French.
Partially Meets Standards

Some French is used with a small variety of French vocabulary, mostly correctly used. Mon and Ma may be used correctly at times.
Meets Standards

A good amount of mostly correct French is used for a variety of family members (at least 8). Mon and Ma are usually used correctly.
Exceeds Standards

Excellent use of French family vocabulary with more than 8 different relationships. Mon and Ma are used correctly. Extra information included.
