1	Poor Student has his/her racket shoulder facing the net.	Fair Student is square to the net.	Good Student turned his/her body and stood sideways to the net with their non-racket shoulder facing the net.	Grade Earned
2	Poor Student shifted weight to the front foot.	Fair Student stands flat footed.	Good Student shifted his/her weight on to their back foot.	Grade Earned
3	Poor Student contacts the shuttle in from a low point (below shoulders).	Fair Student contacts the shuttle in front of his/her body but not at the shuttle's peak.	Good When the shuttle is at its peak, the student contacts it high and a tad in front of his/her body.	Grade Earned
4	Poor Student does not snap his/her wrist down and the shuttle lands out of play.	Fair Student snaps his/her wrist down but shuttle does not land in play.	Good Student snaps his/her wrist down during contact and angled towards opponent's side of the net	Grade Earned
