Case Study #1 This is a rubric to asses students as the complete case studies assigned to them. This goes along with a co-op's unit in Ag Biz in which the complete different case studies that deal with situations real co-ops face. Co-op Name	Excellent Meets all of the requirements given in the assignment handout	Good Meets most the requirements. The name may be to difficult or may not meet your mission.	Average Meets some of the requirements in the handout.	Poor Fails to meet the requirements of the handout
Mission Statement	Excellent The mission statement of your Co-op reflects the ideas and what your Co-op hopes to accomplish.	Good The mission statement reflects what your Co-op believes in but lacks clear goals.	Average Your mission statement meets some of what your Co-op stands for, but fails to show clear goals	Poor You mission statement neither reflects what your Co-op stands for and there are no goals.
Election of Officers	Excellent Elected officers with clear goals for the Co-op.	Good Elected officers with goals for the the Co-op but lack clearity.	Average Elected officers for the Co-op that do not have goals for the Co-op.	Poor Elected officers with no drive for the Co-op.
Participation	Excellent The whole group participated fully.	Good Most of the group partcitpated fully.	Average Less than 50% of the group participated fully.	Poor No one in the group was participating.
Notes	Excellent The group took clear notes that show the work that was completed in the meeting.	Good Notes were taken but lack details.	Average Some notes were taken, but lack both details and depth.	Poor No notes were taken.
