Oral Presentation
We will discuss the areas of restaurant development in class and describe how to research for the information necessary for a successful outcome. During the class you will present your plan to the rest of the class. This will be a formal presentation and you will be required to utilize multiple sources of technology to enhance your presentation (power point, handouts, audio, and other media). Creativity, accurate data, covering all aspects of the plan and overall presentation will weigh heavy on the overall grade.
