Questioning	Poor The questions make the interview hard to follow.	Good/Fair The questions are thought out, are interesting, and the order is somewhat logical.	Excellent The questions are well thought out, have a logical sequence, and are interesting.
Answers	Poor The answers do not provide much understanding of the topic.	Good/Fair The answers provide a somewhat understanding of the topic.	Excellent The answers provide a complete,thorough, in-depth and accurate understanding of the topic. They are well thought out, in logical sequence and are interesting.
Power Point	Poor Pictures and illustrations are difficult to see. They do not correspond frequently enough with the questions and answers	Good/Fair Pictures and illustrations are somewhat difficult to see. They don't always correspond with the questions and answers.	Excellent Pictures and illustrations provided are easy to see and logical when presented with the questions and answers.
Delivery	Poor Student mumbles, incorrectly pronounces terms, and speaks too quietly for students in the back of the class to hear.	Good/Fair Student's voice is clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation.	Excellent Student uses a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciations of terms so that all audience members hear the presentation.
