Fluency	Excellent Student was able to communicate clearly with no difficulty.	Good Student was able to complete his or her speech and answer the questions with only some difficulty.	Fair Student took many prolonged pauses throughout the speech and when responding to questions.	Poor Student was neither able to complete his or her speech nor respond to questions.
Question Comprehension	Excellent The student fully understood the questions asked and answered correctly.	Good The student understood most of what was asked of him or her.	Fair The student showed little comprehension of questions; questions had to be repeated.	Poor Student was unable to comprehend questions; questions had to be repeated.
