Arm & leg movement	Poor Minimal- -Some arms & some legs but not much -Too easy	Fair Average- -Legs moving but could have been more arms or visa- versa. -Could have been more difficult.	Good Good- Entire workout-feet AND arms were contstantly moving in an effort to keep heart rate up.
THR / Pace	Poor Heart Rate/pace -At or below 133 most of the workout. _Didn't sweat much or breath hard.	Fair HR/pace -Around 134 -Sweat some, but could have been a tougher pace for the enitre workout.	Good HR/pace -Above 160 Hard pace, sweating & breathing hard for entire workout.
Presentation	Poor Obviously did not know routine. Looked at "cheat sheet" the entire time -Poor que's -Did not lead well.	Fair Knew most of it but could have been better. Que's were OK, but still had difficulty following them.	Good Nailed it. Knew the entire routine. Que'd well, easy to follow. Good leader.
